Suite à mon achat d une tablette Picasso xl le stylet ne fonctionnait pas correctement.
J ai fais appel au service client qui a été très réactif et super efficace ils m ont renvoyé un nouveau stylet gratuitement car sous garantie.

Only problem is you don't get a battery for it as a replacement so need to buy separate, which don't help when need to use the replacement pen
