Universal Pen or Nibs

Having universal pens, or nibs would be very nice. I plan on getting the X14, but would still be using my XL. And if not universal pens or nibs, than at least the ability to purchase them from Amazon, which is where I got the tablet would be great!

Need better mailing and packaging

It took over a month to get them and when I finally got them package was damaged and there were only 2 when I ordered 5 and they had to be separated because they were melted together the plastic bag they came in was melted the cardboard envelope looks like it’s been run over
