Great service1

Very pleased with the Nibs for the Picasso Pen. I thought that I had to purchase a new pen since I thought it was broken and after contacting costumer service, I learned that I just needed to replace the Nibs. Now I know not to use the pen so hard when coloring and I know that there are inexpensive Nibs that I can use to replace the tips. Very pleased overall.

Easy to change nibs just a quick tryout to see if all ok and then changed back to the original nib.
not sure when you should change the nib I’ll work that out when I get to it
